How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping with a purchase of $175+
Standard (3-7 Business Days) - $10.00 per order, $5.00 per item
2 Day - $15.00 per order, $5.00 per item
1 Day - $50.00 per order, $5.00 per item
Do you offer international shipping?
As of right now, we only do international shipping to Canada.
Do you ship to P.O Boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not.
I placed a successful order but why didn’t I receive a confirmation email yet?
If you have placed a successful order, you should receive a confirmation email. If you did not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of your order being placed, please contact us in order to ensure your order went through.
How long will it take for my pre-order to arrive?
Pre-orders are estimated to arrive by August 30, 2019.
However, if we enable this timeline, we hope to have them available by mid August.

We truly apologize for the inconvenience. Due to international holidays, we are up against a potential 2 week delay within our manufacturing process. If the international holiday delay is unavoidable, we will notify you immediately.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing and shipment, and an additional 2-4 business days for delivery. Express 2 day shipping orders will be processed in 1 business day and delivered within 2-3 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day.
Order cut off time is 4:00pm PT each day. Please note orders received past 4:00pm PT will not be processed until the next day.
When are particular items released?
Each shoe design is limited and only available for a certain time frame.
Do you guys re-stock inventory?
No. These items are offered in limited quantities for a limited time. Occasionally, we will re-release products.
How do I get a refund or make an exchange?
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return and exchange policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
